Diving off Catalina was great yesterday!
Water temperatures were in the mid 60's with visiblity in the 50ft-60ft
range.
The Kelp is mostly gone. There is kelp but not as much as usual for
this time of year.
Also, Check out CNN this morning, they have a video link on the use of
tires as reefs.
Tires are no longer permitted to be used as reefs. Watch the video, it
is interesting.
